Delivery time is made up of preparation time following the order and actual delivery time. Each product may have a different preparation time. Depending on whether it is a print or original. For UK customers most items will take 2-5 days from order to delivery. Please refer to the Shipping Info of the product for detailed information. After the item is ready to be shipped we will ship it with Next Day delivery throughout the UK. Orders outside the UK may take longer to be delivered depending on the location.

We utilise EVRi as our shipping provider across the UK. For orders outside of the UK the shipping provider will be selected on a case by case basis.

Following the preparation period of your order, you will receive an email when your item is shipped. In the email you will find the details to track your order.

For orders within the UK we charge a flat fee of £4.99 for Next Day Delivery of standard products and £7.99 for larger products (such as paintings). We offer free delivery for orders above £50. ​ For orders outside of the UK we charge a flat fee of £14.99 for standard products and £19.99 for larger products.

If your order is outside of the UK, you may need to pay import duties or other taxes. If we are required to pay import duties on a return these will be deducted from your return.

You may change your address as long as you contact us before your order has shipped at enquires@constanne.com

While you are within your return window of 14 days email fill in the form in the contact page and select "Return request" in the Issue drop down. Then fill in the form: Name and Surname Order Number Reason For Return If the return request is valid, we will reply with an address to where you can return your item.

You will receive your refund after we have received your return item and have evaluated that it is still in good condition.
